What payment options are available?

We currently only accept Email Money Transfer for order payment. We do not accept Credit cards or Paypal.

Full payment details are given on the checkout page. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.

Once you place your order, you will receive payment instructions on how to pay via Interac e-Transfer. It is important to carefully read the instructions and make sure not to include any notes in the e-Transfer related to product names, or anything related to “steroids”. We understand that you may want to be clear on the reason for the transfer to ensure your order is processed correctly, but please keep this information to yourself and do not include it in the banks’ records. We will keep your up to date on your order’s progress via emailed updates.

AGAIN – Make sure to NOT make any references to Optima, Optima Medica, Pharmaceuticals, Steroids, or performance-enhancing supplements in the notes section!

Normal order processing can take up to 1-2 business days. Order processing may take longer during peak and holiday seasons.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours).You will also receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to check the location of your order.

After the order has been processed (1 to 2 business days), we scan your package for shipment, the final step. Upon Canada Post taking possession of your package, you will usually receive your tracking and/or shipping confirmation email within 6 hours.

If an item is not in current stock but has been mistakenly reported as such, Optima Medica will inform you by email with an updated, expected shipping time-frame and may provide you with an optional replacement product of equal value if the previously ordered item is not scheduled to return to inventory within a reasonable period of time due to a recall or sudden discontinuation.

There are no minimum or maximum order amounts. However we do offer free shipping on orders over $350.

We ship our products throughout Canada, with all orders being packaged discreetly. Our products are packed with extreme care and precaution to minimize shipment volume. We never use our organization’s name or anything else that would imply the package contains pharmaceutical contents. The size of our packages is always appropriate and never larger than necessary to avoid any suspicion.

Usually, order processing can take up to 1-2 business days. Order processing may take longer during peak and holiday seasons.

Processing your order involves 3 steps:

  1. Payment Verification. Waiting for your payment to fully clear can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
  2. Pulling your items from the warehouse.
  3. Packing your items. This entire process will often take 1 to 2 business days, and possibly longer if there are extenuating circumstances.

Optima Medica does not process orders during weekends or holidays.

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays. For example, if you ordered on a Friday, the next official business day is Monday, so your order will still appear to be in “processing” mode over the weekend until is it scanned and ready for shipment on Tuesday.

Once your package has been both processed and received by Canada Post, the transit time to your destination will be determined by the Canada Post Expedited Delivery Standards.

A signature is not required unless you request it. Packages requiring signature will be subject to additional fees.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately. However, if your package has already been shipped, it’s too late to make any changes. Once your package has left our facility, we will not be held responsible for any damages, delays, or losses.

Please allow 5 business days after stated delivery to ensure your package wasn’t mis-delivered. From time to time, couriers will find the package and have it redelivered accordingly. In the meantime, please check your premises, mailbox or community mailbox to ensure it wasn’t placed out of view. Also, ask your neighbors just in case they received it for you.

Important note: Optima Medica is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once the package has left our facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. Please contact Canada Post for more information on your shipment, delays or any questions about delivery.

We begin processing orders immediately after the payment has been received. Because of this, order edits and cancellations are not possible once received. If you have not yet paid for the order, you can effectively cancel by not sending payment.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Once an order is processed, the order is finalized. We cannot cancel, exchange, refund or change the order.

If a package is UNCLAIMED by the recipient (customer) and returned to the sender (Optima Medica), the customer is fully responsible for the cost of the return shipment as well as any subsequent re-shipments.

TO BE CLEAR, ANY AND ALL fees and purchase costs associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because you failed to pick up your package in time, will NOT receive a refund.

Optima Medica has been in business since 2025 and, while we are relatively new to the industry, we have already developed a reputation for providing quality products at fair prices. We understand the hesitation sometimes in dealing with an online company of this nature, but we want to assure you that you’re in good hands. We are also aware of the scammers out there selling knock off products.

The best thing we can suggest is to place a small trial order and get a feel for our products and service. We’re confident we’ll become your trusted source going forward.
